Bepalingen & voorwaarden

Onderstaande bepalingen en voorwaarden zijn onder andere van toepassing op alle bestellingen die u doet bij de Jolet Beachwear webshop. Alle huidige genoemde bepalingen en voorwaarden zijn van toepassing, tenzij uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk anders is overeengekomen.

Betalingen
Jolet Beachwear is aangesloten bij betalingssysteem Mollie. Betalingen kunnen gedaan worden via IDEAL. Eventueel kunt u uw bestelling ook via email doen. U ontvangt dan ons rekeningnummer en kunt het bedrag van uw bestelling dan rechtsstreeks overmaken. Uw bestelling wordt verzonden nadat de betaling op de rekening van Jolet Beachwear is ontvangen.

Levering
Er wordt gestreefd naar een verzending binnen 24 uur. Aangezien externe factoren de levering kunnen vertragen, vragen wij u rekening te houden met een levertijd van een week. 

Verpakking
Alle artikelen van Jolet Beachwear worden geleverd in een witte beachwear-box. 

Garantie
Jolet Beachwear geeft de garantie dat elk artikel voldoet aan de normale eisen van deugdelijkheid en bruikbaarheid, en vrij is van fabricage fouten. Deze garantie geldt tot aan 2 maanden na levering, mits u de bon, welke bij levering wordt bijgevoegd, overhandigd kan worden. 
Als het geleverde artikel niet voldoet aan de bovengenoemde garantie, kunt u, na melding hiervan, het artikel terugsturen naar Jolet Beachwear. Wij zullen dan, na onderzoek van het artikel, overgaan tot reparatie of vervanging. Bij vervanging wordt het defecte artikel weer eigendom van Jolet Beachwear. Bij artikelen die na de garantie periode worden geretourneerd vanwege een defect, zullen reparatie- of vervangingskosten in rekening gebracht worden, alsmede administratie- en verzendkosten. 
Wanneer het defect ontstaan is door nalatig of onfatsoenlijk gebruik, of doordat het artikel op een andere manier gebruikt is, dan waarvoor het bedoeld is, kan er geen aanspraak gedaan worden op de garantie. Dit geldt ook wanneer er na levering veranderingen aan het artikel zijn aangebracht. 

Retour
U kunt het aankoopbedrag terug ontvangen (m.u.v. de verzendkosten) indien u voldoet aan onderstaande punten:
* Binnen 14 dagen dient het artikel terug te zijn bij Jolet Beachwear.
* Meldt dit van te voren door een mail te sturen naar info@jolet.eu.
* Bon dient bijgesloten te worden.
* Labels dienen niet verwijderd te zijn.
* Hygiëne strip dient op de juiste plek aanwezig te zijn.
* Artikelen mogen niet gedragen / beschadigd zijn.

Artikelen die na 14 dagen binnen komen, worden niet geaccepteerd. 
De verzendkosten van de retourzending, worden niet door Jolet Beachwear vergoed.

The following terms and conditions apply to the website which can be called up under the URL http://www.jolet.eu  which is operated by Jolet Beachwear, Archimedesbaan 20, 3439 ME Nieuwegein, The Netherlands, Tel: +31(0)6 2939 5806.

Copyright and other protected rights
All materials contained in these websites, especially web pages, programs, graphics, images, sound, video, scripts and texts are intellectual property (© 2006-2007) of JOLET.  All rights are reserved.

Unless explicitly indicated otherwise, you should assume that everything which you see or read on this website is subject to legal protection.  All materials should exclusively be viewed, copied, printed out and passed on for personal, non-commercial and information purposes.  Any copies must contain a copyright reference to JOLET.  References given to protected rights must not be removed.  Any commercial and/or public use of the materials is prohibited.

Trademarks
The logos and signs shown on the JOLET site are registered or not registered trademarks of JOLET.

No licence
Without the approval of JOLET or of its relevant licensor in writing, no licence or other right to the use of the contents on the JOLET site is granted either explicitly or implicitly or in any other way.  Any abusive use of the materials is strictly prohibited and will be subject to civil and criminal prosecution by JOLET.

Submissions
All notices, proposals, ideas and other contents which you provide to JOLET, will be regarded as provided on a nonconfidential basis.  JOLET reserves the right to use this information at its exclusive discretion.  JOLET is not subject to any obligation (i) to treat the submissions as confidential or (ii) to respond to any submissions.  You are responsible for ensuring that none of your submissions infringe the rights of third parties (including copyright, trademark, patent, commercial secrecy, privacy or other personal rights or intellectual property rights) and to that extent indemnify JOLET from all claims of third parties, including reasonable costs of legal defence.

User behaviour
As a user of the JOLET site you are required to comply with the law of the Federal Republic of the Netherlands. Above all, you undertake to comply with the applicable youth protection regulations.

In particular, you are not permitted to send contents over the JOLET site or in any other way to make them available which are (i) libellous, defamatory, obscene, harmful, pornographic, promoting violence or represent infringement of privacy; (ii) infringe commercial protected rights or (iii) offer goods or services or solicit financial funds.

User activities whose purpose is to render the JOLET site functionally defective or at least to make use of it more difficult are prohibited and could give rise to civil and criminal proceedings.

The JOLET site (including its services) may also not be used for illegal purposes. In particular, it is prohibited to register third parties without their knowledge and explicit consent for the newsletter and/or newsletter service or register third parties without their knowledge and explicit consent for lotteries on the JOLET site.

Liability
You are yourself responsible for all your activities on and in connection with the JOLET site. Those with responsibility for upbringing are liable for their children.

JOLET will ensure proper care and maintenance of the JOLET site. However, JOLET gives no guarantee that the JOLET site will be accessible at all times. JOLET also does not guarantee that the JOLET site will always be in the most up-to-date condition and free of defects.  It is possible that delays, transcription errors or even misinformation could occur.

JOLET is only liable to the extent that JOLET, itsents and/or statutory representatives commit deliberate or grossly negligent conduct.

In the event of minor negligence, JOLET will only be liable to the extent that major obligations of thereement are infringed by JOLET, itsents and/or statutory representatives.  In this case, there is no liability of JOLET and/or itsents and statutory representatives in the event of asset loss in respect of indirect damage, especially consequential damage, unforeseeable damage or untypical damage as well as loss of profit.

Any statutorily prescribed fault-Independent liability of JOLET - especially a statutory guarantee liability - is not affected by the above restrictions of liability.  This also applies to the liability of JOLET in the event of culpable injury of life, limb or health.

The four previous paragraphs contain all the contractual and noncontractual claims which arise out of the presentreement and/or the use of the JOLET site.

Links
In some circumstances, the JOLET site will contain links to other websites, whose contents cannot be managed and/or influenced by JOLET. These are purely for reference purposes. JOLET is not liable either for the accuracy of the content of these websites or for the material which can be obtained from these websites. The linked sites of the relevant website were reviewed at the time of the establishment of the link for possible legal infringements. However, without specific grounds for suspicion of a legal infringement, permanent control of the content of the linked site cannot reasonably be expected.

Changes/improvements
JOLET reserves the right to change the present utilisation conditions and the content and structure of the JOLET site at any time. This also includes modifying or completely ceasing specific offers and services with a cost obligation.
